Repeat Prescriptions

At your convenience you can request repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:

You can hand in repeat requests at the surgery having clearly marked the items required.

You can post the request to us, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, and we will send the prescription back to you.

You can order online via the link at the top of this page following completion of a simple registration.

You can ask the following chemist for your medication; they will obtain the prescription from us on your behalf and you simply collect your medication from them.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
